May 19 (Bloomberg) — South Africa’s province of Gauteng intends raising 5.5 billion rand ($717.8 million) through donor funding to pay for road upgrades and rehabilitation in the 2010-11 fiscal year, Business Day reported, provincial Transport Minister Bheki Nkosi.
